Heat-n-Eat Meals!
Up until 2023, Brian and I literally worked from sun up until way into the nights on Crossroads. Our lives were forever changed in 2023 when our son, Jayson was added to the mix! Over the course of the last 3 years, Crossroads' operations have been modified to meet our new lifestyle. The most notable has been that I work from home.
You’d think that it would be no big deal for us to have meals on hand that are nutritious and not loaded with preservatives, right?! Well here’s the truth many days our meals are on the go or an after thought. Even the occasional “hey we need to use this or do something with it before we end up trashing it.” Stressed me out! Then add the picky 2 year old in the mix and all bets were off! Especially if we wanted to eat dinner together before 10 or 11pm!
After struggling to make my umpteenth hot dog or pasta dinner because that’s the easiest option when you have a 2 year old. Prep, Cook, and be ready to eat in the 10 minutes that TV is distracting them... right? I said to Brian, “Babe, what the heck are we doing? We possess the technology and ability to make options at work that we could literally just “heat-n-eat”… we’ve been doing it for the holidays for years!”
So after a couple weeks/months of testing items and packaging we have finally launched the online-ordering website. You can pick up your meals on Wednesdays from the trailer at Independent Brewing Co or The Restaurant. We have created options with 4, 6, and 8 portions as well as individual ones, too! More options and nutrition facts will be added in the coming weeks!

All of our meals are free from preservatives and made from scratch! This means that you're feeding your loved ones a scratch-made meal without the stress or burden! There's a saying we use at Crossroads... "if you wouldn't serve it to your Mom, don't serve it to our customers!" So you can rest assured these meals are Mom approved!
