Sometimes we have left overs (okay most of the time, we’re Italian and always make too much 🤪🤦🏻♀️).... and when we do we try to turn them into new treats... Here’s the newest, an Italian Quesadilla! Nicole’s scratch made bolognese with Italian Sausage, Beef Roast, and Ground Beef, stewed in Marinara for hours. Now put on a quesadilla with mozzarella, herbs, and spices.... #hotdamn it’s delicious! But, don’t take our word for it, come see for yourself!! Hoping we make it through Wednesday with the goods!
